From choosing a natural crystal or a bespoke piece to caring for it at home, we want each step to feel clear and reassuring.
Are your crystals natural?
We primarily select natural crystals and minerals. Natural fractures, clouding, cavities, colour bands and inclusions are features of mineral growth, rather than defects, and give each crystal its distinctive character.
Where a product involves treatments, special craftsmanship or other materials, we explain this in its product details.
Will my crystal look exactly like the photos?
No two natural crystals are completely identical. Even pieces from the same material can vary in colour, texture, clarity and lustre. Lighting and screen settings may also cause slight colour differences.
For individually photographed pieces, we aim to show the actual item accurately. Items from the same batch are selected to the same quality standard and dispatched at random. Product pages include photographs and descriptions.
How do I choose a crystal that suits me?
If a colour or a first impression draws you to a crystal, you can start there. For something more personal to your current situation, relationships, work or personal growth, consider our bespoke crystal service.
Instead of matching a single wish to a single crystal, we consider both your present intentions and longer-term themes within the cultural framework of the consultation.
How should I cleanse and care for my crystals?
You may choose a cleansing ritual before first wear, after prolonged use or after storage. Common approaches include moonlight, sound and crystal clusters or geodes. Not every mineral is suitable for sunlight, soaking or salt; these can cause fading or damage to some minerals.
For everyday care, avoid strong impacts, excessive heat, prolonged direct sunlight and chemical products.
How long does Hong Kong delivery take, and can I return an item?
Except for damage during transit and circumstances required by applicable Hong Kong law, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons. For transit damage, contact Customer Service within 24 hours of the delivery time shown by the courier.
